Caffeine + Dynamine
Spark the engine.The Science
Most preworkouts ask how hard they can stimulate you. Yforia asks what your body actually needs once training starts.
Our system-first formula is organized around controlled stimulation, usable arousal, focus, delivery, energy handling, and repeatable output — so every dose has a place and a purpose.
The Yforia Formula Map
Every layer has a purpose. Together, they create a complete training-state architecture.

Move energy. Sustain output.01 / Ignition
Caffeine is useful. It can help support alertness and initiate the training state. But if caffeine carries the whole experience, the formula becomes one-dimensional.
Yforia uses 75 mg caffeine to start the session, then builds the rest of the formula around the jobs caffeine does not solve by itself.
02 / State
Arousal is not automatically useful. Too much stimulation can feel like urgency, jitter, or mental noise.
Kanna is included to help support a smoother, more usable training state — not sedated, not frantic, more controlled.
03 / Focus + Direction
Training is not just feeling awake. Athletes need attention, intention, and clean execution.
Alpha-GPC, NALT, and DL-Phenylalanine support the focus-and-direction side of the formula.
04 / Blood Flow + Delivery
Once training starts, output is not just a nervous-system problem. The body has to move blood, respond through the vascular system, and maintain the environment those signals move through.
This is the delivery layer: signal, vessel response, and redox environment.
05 / Energy Handling
Training demand is not just alertness. The cell also has to manage fuel flow, acetyl groups, and mitochondrial workload.
ALCAR is included because training creates demand that caffeine does not solve.
How We Talk About Evidence
Not all evidence is the same. We separate formula facts, ingredient evidence, mechanism rationale, and formula hypothesis so the science page stays confident without becoming overhyped.

Yforia was not built by asking how much caffeine we could fit into a scoop. It was built by asking what athletes need once training actually starts.
